Here I am!  For those I already know - this is my new journal.  I've decided, after much thought and consideration, that I want a fresh start. I'm starting a new chapter in life [if you will] and I needed to upgrade myself to a new journal - one that I will hopefully update far more often than my previous one. My unshakable need for organization and order made it hard to keep up, I felt lost amidst a thousand scrap pieces of paper.

So here then lies the birth of my journal! It will be filled with all sorts of senseless ramblings, all brought to life by yours truly through words and imagery! I am planning to travel in the near future [NYC, Montreal, DC in the next six months. Africa and Europe lay just beyond that!] and I always have stories about my life in Toronto [my friends, my job, and my adventures.] I've always tried to keep a diary.. but I was never one of those 'dear diary' types. So this will have to do! At the very least, I'll have something to read back on - I hope!

All right, so here you have it.. my first post.
